Mysterious Huge Neolithic Dolmen Roche-aux-Fées In Brittany Built By The Fairies As Legend Says
A. Sutherland – AncientPages.com – This tomb, usually called Neolithic gallery grave, represents one of the most widely known, largest, and best-preserved Neolithic dolmens in Brittany.
Its English name is the Fairies’ Rock, but its original French name is La Roche-aux-Fées.

According to legend, the stones were “brought there by fairies,” and the tomb’s name comes from them because these creatures were supposed to build it.
