Peoples’ Thoughts Should Be Recorded And Made Public Scientist Suggests Total Mind Control Or Ultimate Freedom?

MessageToEagle.com – Imagine for a moment that your brain and all your thoughts belong to the whole world and not just you.

People have full access to all your thoughts and you have access to theirs.

Would you like to live in a society where your thoughts are no longer private but public? Granted, there are times when we all wish we could read others’ thoughts, but wishing something and doing it are two entirely different things.

A new highly controversial theory suggests it is possible to actually harness individual thoughts that are later read and understood by electronic devices.

This idea is proposed by Dr. Michael A. Persinger, a cognitive neuroscience researcher and professor at Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada.

Our brain is electrical. Our brains are filled with neurons, individual nerve cells connected to one another by dendrites and axons. Every time we think, move, feel or remember something, our neurons are working. That work is carried out by small electric signals that zip from neuron to neuron as fast as 250 mph. The signals are generated by differences in electric potential carried by ions on the membrane of each neuron.

Many people fear technology exists today that electronic devices have access to your thoughts from remote stations. In other words, people fear they are subjects of mind control.

Why does Dr. Persinger believe collecting peoples’ thoughts would be beneficial to humanity?

According to Dr. Persinger, thoughts that are projected into the atmosphere by individual thinkers is a collective known possibility within the earth’s electromagnetic spectrum and in theory, can be collected as a micro-universal that can be read and understood by electronic devices.

Drones could be controlled by soldiers' thoughts.

In his lecture, “Just Suppose You Could Know What Others Are Thinking: No More Secrets”, Dr. Persinger making all thoughts available to the public would lead to an utopia State, because there would be no more secrets held by government, individuals, or revolutionaries.

“Suppose you had access to every other brain on this planet and they had access to yours – no more secrets, ” Dr. Persinger said.

“That if the whole world could feel hunger in Africa or your stomach as empty, that hunger would be a thing of the past” ” Dr. Persinger adds.

In his paper, On the Possibility of Directly Accessing Every Human Brain by Electromagnetic Induction of Fundamental Algorithms”, Dr. Persinger writes.

“Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be. affected by a subharmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0. 1 Hz.”

In the field of neuroscience, scientists are making fast advances. Such scientific research could be used to harm as well as help and heal.

For example, scientists have already demonstrated how a patient’s thoughts can be used to move prosthetic limbs or a cursor on a computer screen.

The military has not surprisingly shown interest in mind-controlling technology. Professor Rod Flower, a biochemist at the William Harvey Research Institute, Queen Mary, University of London said it may not be long before thought control technology is applied to military machines.

Fast-moving advances in neuroscience mean that pilotless attack planes controlled by an operator’s thoughts may be a reality in the “not too distant future”, according to Professor Rod Flower.

But he warned that such technology would take ethical concerns over the use of drone weapons to a new level

Dr. Persinger who obviously sees a number of benefits with harnessing and recording the thoughts of 6 billion brains, said:

“Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now marginally feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed.

Would you like to live in a world in which all thoughts are public property?

The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain.”

Needless to say that such topics are often subject to heated and intense debate.

One cannot help wondering if Dr. Persingers’ controversial idea should be considered as a new way of communication, mind-control or ultimate freedom? What would life be when your brain and thoughts are no longer your own?

What would it be like if there were ‘No More Secrets’? In the near future you may need to keep a lawyer on retainer at all times to defend your rights. A Cincinnati criminal defense attorney can assist you with most criminal cases and can keep your information private.
